These terms cover your use of this website and any booking you request through it. By using the site or submitting a booking you agree to them. Drew's Detailing Services is a sole-proprietor mobile auto detailing business based in Salado, Texas.
1. Bookings are requests, not confirmed appointments
Submitting the booking form sends a request. It is not a confirmed appointment and no contract exists until Drew confirms by call or text. He may decline or propose a different time.
2. Prices
Every price shown on this site is a starting price for a vehicle in normal condition. The final price depends on the size of the vehicle and the state it is in. Heavy pet hair, mud, sand, smoke, or long-term neglect take longer and cost more.
This is why photos are requested before a final quote. The figure you are given after Drew has seen photos is the figure you pay, unless the vehicle turns out to be materially different from the photos, in which case he will tell you before starting and you may decline.
The on-page estimate is an estimate only and is not an offer.
3. What you need to provide
This is a mobile service performed at your location. You are responsible for:
- Access to water and electricity. Drew works from your outdoor tap and a standard outlet. If you do not have both, say so when booking so it can be worked out beforehand.
- Somewhere legal and safe to work — roughly a parking space and a half of clear, level ground that you are entitled to use. If a building, landlord or HOA restricts this, that is yours to resolve.
- Access to the vehicle at the agreed time.
- Removing valuables before work starts.
If the job cannot go ahead because these are not in place, a call-out charge may apply.
4. Deposits, payment and cancellation
- A deposit may be required to hold a booking. Where taken online it is processed by Stripe and applied to the final price.
- Final payment is due on completion, after the walk-around, by Cash App, Venmo, cash or check. There is no card reader on site.
- Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancelling with less notice, or not being there at the agreed time, may mean the deposit is not returned.
- If Drew cancels for any reason, including weather, any deposit is refunded in full or moved to a new date, whichever you prefer.
5. What detailing can and cannot do
Detailing is cleaning, protection and cosmetic correction. It is not body work, paint work, or mechanical repair. Specifically:
- Polishing reduces or removes light swirls and haze. A scratch deep enough to catch a fingernail is through the clear coat and will not come out.
- Stains, odours, sun damage, oxidation, worn or torn material, and existing damage may improve but may not fully clear.
- Paint correction removes a controlled amount of clear coat. On thin, previously corrected or repainted panels this carries risk, which Drew will discuss before starting.
- Pre-existing damage, loose trim, failing seals or aftermarket parts may become more visible once the vehicle is clean, or may fail during normal cleaning. That is not damage caused by the work.
Where a result is uncertain, Drew will say so before starting rather than after.
6. Liability
Drew takes reasonable care with every vehicle. To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Drew's Detailing Services is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of use of the vehicle. Any direct liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Raise any concern about the work within 48 hours so it can be looked at while the cause is still identifiable.
7. Photographs of your vehicle
Drew may photograph vehicles before and after work and use those photographs to show his work, including on this website and on social media. Number plates and anything identifying you or your address will be excluded or obscured. Tell him before the appointment if you would rather your vehicle was not photographed, and it won't be.
8. Messages you agree to receive
Booking requires agreeing that Drew may call and text you about that booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time — note that opting out means he can no longer reach you about the appointment. Marketing messages are separate and optional, and can be stopped without affecting your booking.
9. This website
The content, photographs, logo and design of this site belong to Drew's Detailing Services and may not be copied or reused without permission. We try to keep the site accurate and available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Do not use the site unlawfully, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Bell County, Texas. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
11. Changes
These terms may be updated. The version in force is the one published here when you made your booking; the date and version appear at the top of this page.
